Last night, we celebrated Papa Rick's birthday. With all the snow we've had, the kids took the opportunity, while up at Grandma & Papa's, to ride the snowmobiles. Then we finished the evening off with some yummy Chicken Wild Rice soup and cheesecake. YUMM!
