Everyday at Preschool, a child is selected to be the prayer person for the day. After almost 2 months of patiently waiting, it was finally Jacob's turn. During their prayer time, Jacob was asked to share 3 things that he was especially thankful for. This was his prayer:
Dear God,
Thank you for the John Deere Green Gator.
I also want to thank you for trucks.
Thank you for tractors.
Amen.
I was a little hurt that he didn't mention his family, until I found out that the girl who was prayer person the day before thanked God for candy, teddy bears and zebras!
